The Preparations Begin...

With only one week remaining, our preparations for leaving the UK are very much underway. The house contents are packed away, every nook and cranny is being cleaned and Dan (believe it or not) is gardening!

We had drinks on 20th May to say ta-ra to a few mates and all that remains are farewells to close friends and family. As the 8th fast approaches, the butterflies are starting but we're getting more and more excited as the days go by.

We're looking forward to visiting many Bierkellers during our four week camping trip to Germany but have afforded ourselves a week or so in Italy to overcome excessive sausage consumption!

From thereon, it's westbound, through the States & Canada, onto Hawaii, Oz and NZ. We'll be in Asia at the start of 2007 and then home sometime around March. Before you know it, we'll be back to bore y'all with tales of our trip and you'll be wishing we'd stayed away longer.
